The approved master plan includes the development of over 300 new homes on a prime site immediately to the north of the improved canal.
This part of the Waterfront Quarter is to be delivered by Hallsbay Ltd in partnership with Sellers Engineers Ltd, although their current plans for this area include a 150 bed hotel, student accomodation and social housing.
