In Yorkshire, Strategic Sites is currently spearheading the regeneration of a 6 acre site in Huddersfield town centre, anchored by a major new £73m Further Education College, and is developing the Advanced Manufacturing Park in South Yorkshire in partnership with UK Coal and Yorkshire Forward.
