The Waterfront Quarter in Huddersfield is an exciting urban renaissance project being developed by Strategic Sites in conjunction with Kirklees College, Kirklees Council and Yorkshire Forward.

It comprises 6 acres of land on the edge of Huddersfield town centre and represents an estimated investment over the life of the project of £150m. This makes the Waterfront Quarter one of the largest projects of its type currently to be taking place anywhere in the North of England. Its aim is quite simple: to become a vibrant new heart for Huddersfield where people of all ages can live, learn, work and play in a high quality waterfront environment.
